Pieper Arms Co., Model ''Modified Diana'', CAL: 12GA, MFG: 1900's, SN: 09206, Break Action SxS, 28'' Laminated Steel barrels. The side plates are marked ''PIEPER ARMS CO''. The checkered round knob stock is fair. The buttstock has been spliced together using multiple pieces of wood. It's been sanded, with added varnish. The laminated steel barrels have fully toned to a brown patina, with areas of spotting toned to a dark brown. The laminated steel pattern is still visible. The case-hardened receiver has worn to metal gray & toned to a brown patina, with case-colors remaining in heavily protected areas. There is varnish from the wood on some of the metal surfaces. Bores are good, with roughness & some light pitting. Solid rib holds a single front bead. Stock has a checkered plastic buttplate. Hammers lock back, with a small amount play & both triggers function. Some play between the barrels & frame when locked. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 200 to 400
