Wards-Hercules (Stevens), Model 50/5000, CAL; 410, MFG: 1920's-30's, SN: C26105, Break Action SxS, 25 3/4'' barrels The original checkered flat pistol grip wood stocks are very good & solid. There are contusions, scratches & scrapes, with protective oils added over time contributing to darkening. The metal blue finish on the barrel rates 80-85%. The case-hardened receiver has remnants of case-colors, but mostly worn to metal gray, with light spotting toned to a brown patina. Bores are very good, with visible light wear from use. The solid rib holds a small mid rib ivory bead & a large front ivory bead. Stock carries a Red Head ventilated red rubber recoil pad. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 300 to 600
