BROWNING, Model 2000 (B-2000), 12 GA. MFG. 1974, SN: 29140C47, Semi-Auto, Made in Belgium, 2 3/4'', MOD, 28'' ventilated ribbed barrel. Early first year production shotgun that was fully built in Belgium, whereas later years the parts were made in Belgium & assembled in Portugal. The original checkered & flat pistol grip walnut stocks are excellent. There are a couple tiny handling blemishes to the original glossy finish. The original metal black finishes rate 98% overall, on both barrels & receiver. Bore is excellent, Silver mid & front bead, with an additional green fiber optic rail mounted on rib in front of silver bead. Stock carries a solid recoil pad. LOP 14 1/4'' over pad.
