Brescia, Model M91 Carcano, Cal: 6.5x52mm Carcano, MFG: 1917, S/N: BJ1824, Bolt action rifle, 17 3/4'' barrel. The straight wrist wood stock is very good as being cut down & shaped. Has one wood decorative plugs on each cheek of the stock. The blued metal finish rates 80% on the receiver with spots of thinning & brown patina, & 85% on the barrel with spots of wear & brown patina. The top of the receiver band is marked with two proofs. The barrel is marked with ''BL'' in circle, worn crown proof, S/N, ''BRESEIA'', ''1919'', ''PS''. Mismatched bolt marked ''BH'', ''VG'' in circle, ''643C''. The bore is very good. Its bright with strong rifling, but has spots of roughness. The barrel holds a barleycorn front sight with a fixed, deep V-notch rear sight. The stock carries a rubber upland game recoil pad, with three plastic spacers. Rifle has rear sling swivel. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 100 to 200
