C. Sharps, Model 2: 4-Barrel Pepperbox, CAL: 30 RF, MFG: 1859-74, SN: 4340, Single Action Pistol, 3'' barrel cluster. The original wood grips are very good & solid. The bottom front corner of the left grip has a small edge chip, along with other minor handling marks. The metal blue finish on the barrel has worn to metal gray & toned to brown patina. The original silver plating on the brass frame rates 95%, with sharp edges worn to brass. The marking on either side of the frame are worn thin & are partially legible. Bores are good, with visible rifling, roughness & intermittent light pitting. Small brass bead front sight. Revolving hammer rotates to each barrel. Mechanically functional. Antique, No FFL Req. - Value: 700 to 1000
