Remington Model 722, CAL: 300 Sav, MFG: 1948-61, SN: 32327, Bolt Action Rifle, 24'' barrel. The original flat pistol grip wood stock is excellent, with minor handling marks, scratches & contusions. The stock carries the original finish, with a thin added layer of finish. The metal blue finish rates 90% overall, with additional wear on the floorplate & trigger guard. The rifle carries a Bushnell Sharpshooter 3x9x32 scope, while the barrel has an updated adjustable rear sight currently mounted backwards & ramp elevated blade front sight. The factory holes on the side of the receiver for receiver sight mounting are open. Bore is excellent. Buttstock carries a Remington checkered metal buttplate. Sling studs. A very nice hunting rifle in a popular caliber. FFL or C&R Req. - Value: 500 to 800
