Remington, Army Rolling Block Model .50 caliber, SN: none, MFG. Antique, The Remington Army Rolling Block is a single shot rim fire pistol produced by E. Remington & Sons, Ilion, N.Y., This particular specimen has a 8'' round barrel, Overall condition is very good, used but never abused, barrel has a thin layer of gray/brown patina, Frame showing a surprising amount of case color remaining, particularly on right side on an otherwise gray toned frame, some freckled surface rust & pitting, Grips appear original & solid, fit nicely with minimal shrinkage, Bore is very good, left wing of rear sight has broken off, Pistol appears to function properly. Comes with 6 period rim fire rounds & cleaning rod, Collectible example. Antique No FFL Req. - Value: 3000 to 6000
