Description

Remington, Model 14, .30 REM Cal., MFG. 1913, 2nd yr, SN:16728, Pump Auction Take-down Rifle. Shortened 19 1/2'' Carbine style round barrel. The replaced pistol grip stock is good & solid, with metal proud along the lower tang. Forearm is original, with a repaired 3'' crack. The metal has worn mostly gray, with areas of thin brown patina & 50% of blue remaining on barrel. Barrel carries an adjustable rear & ramp front sights. Stock carries a high quality NOSHOC solid red recoil pad. Bore is excellent. Action is smooth & tight. Rifle appears to function well & should make for a good shooting carbine sized rifle.
