RARE BOXED Winchester, Model 61 MAGNUM, Marked .22 WIN. MAG. R.F., MFG. 1962, SN: 327404, Pump Action Rifle, 24'' Tapered round barrel, Desirable single caliber marking with .22 Win Mag being the most desirable in the round barrels. The factory flat pistol grip wood is near mint with only a slight bit of box rub from residing in its box. The factory metal blue finish is 99% with some very minor box rubs from storage. There are very fine polishing marks or lines on the receiver, most likely from the original owner whipping down the receiver or cleaning off the factory grease. The blue looks factory correct, but these faint lines need to be mentioned. Grooved receiver. Does not appear to have been fired outside the factory. Bore is minty, bright & shiny, Factory sights, Winchester buttplate. Comes with a very clean red & brown factory box with proper numbers matching yellow end label. Box comes with dividers, waxed paper wrap, brochure & hanging tag. Box shows very light wear. Extremely desirable & collectible Magnum in near mint condition & with its correct numbers matching box.
