bid! The auction ends Friday December 6th!

ALWAYS INCLUDE YOUR BID NUMBER AND FULL NAME IN YOUR
EMAILS TO US.
- Please call ahead or send us an email if you would
like to pick up (Will Call) your items. (We assume
most OR residents are W/C orders)
- If you have special
shipping instructions/requests, please make those
requests by phone or email.
- Please reference Rule #11
for questions regarding shipping.
IMPORTANT:
Please check your account and make sure your address
and credit card information are up to date. If you
have updated your address (or have multiple), let us
know so we can update it in our UPS and USPS
systems.
- If you are a successful
bidder on a firearm that requires an FFL or C&R,
please send the license to our email:
[email protected]. (Be sure to
include the name & bidder number
associated with the license)
- We will send you an email
invoice if you are paying with a check. If you would
like a hard copy of your invoice mailed to you,
please submit a request via phone or email.
ALL BIDDERS:
If you would like
to save on shipping costs, please request: “I WANT
MY ITEMS TO SHIP WITH NO INS. & NO SIG. REQ.” This
will save you at least $7 for the signature required
& insurance costs.
* If you choose NO SIG/NO INS and your lots are
damaged in shipment, you have no recourse, so there
is a risk! *
- We do not let any shipping packages leave our
warehouse until all items are accounted for.
Normally, the first shipment of boxes goes out 8-9
business days after the auction ends.
When a check is received or credit card is billed,
shipment will go out the same or next day depending
on the carrier’s scheduled pick-up time.

Clients: Will Call Orders are available starting
Tuesday 12/10 @ 9am. We are open Tuesday- Saturday
9-5.
